THE INVISIBLE UNDER PRESSURE

Making the Stress Response Trainable

THE INVISIBLE STATE & the magical mind

Making the Invisible in Recovery, Flow and Connection Visible and Trainable, for Longevity and performance

This interactive session invites the entire audience to become part of a live exploration into extraordinary human experience — and what the nervous system's flexibility between states reveals about long-term resilience and healthspan.

Through collaborative hypnosis, perception experiments, breathing, movement, collective synchronisation and live EEG demonstrations, we investigate how suggestion, attention and expectation shape what we experience in real time — and how much of what looks fixed, like recovery capacity, is actually trainable.

Rather than simply discussing the neuroscience and hypnosis behind peak states, participants experience them together — exploring questions about consciousness, automaticity and the remarkable flexibility of human perception, in a playful, open-minded environment. This is less a lecture than a shared laboratory, where curiosity is encouraged and every participant becomes part of the experiment.

You'll experience:

  • live EEG demonstrations revealing the brain shifting between states in real time

  • collaborative hypnosis and perception experiments involving the entire audience

  • guided breathing and movement exploring the line between automaticity and control

  • collective synchronisation — a felt, shared experience of moving into an altered state together

  • insight into why nervous-system flexibility, not just biomarkers, is one of the strongest predictors of long-term resilience

THE INVISIBLE UNDER PRESSURE

Making the Stress Response Trainable

This session blends breathing, movement and live physiology to explore how the body responds to stress — and how it can be retrained.

What if the stress response was not something to avoid,
but something the body could learn to navigate differently?

Freedivers regularly enter environments where the urge to breathe intensifies, driven by rising CO₂ levels.
Yet with training, this signal is no longer experienced as panic — but as information.

This reveals something fundamental:

the stress response is not fixed — it can be trained.

In this workshop, participants explore how breathing, CO₂ tolerance and movement influence the nervous system —
and how the unconscious can learn to respond differently under pressure.

Through guided practices and real-time feedback, the body begins to associate intensity with control rather than reactivity.

The session builds toward a direct experience of staying calm, present and stable under rising internal pressure — offering both a powerful moment and a practical skill.

You’ll experience:

• breathing techniques to improve regulation and control
• CO₂ tolerance practices inspired by freediving
• exploration of the urge to breathe and its link to stress response
• movement and recovery practices
• a direct experience of calm under pressure

You’ll experience:

• collaborative hypnosis involving the entire group
• live experiments exploring ideomotor phenomena and shared attention
• moments of synchrony, connection and collective flow
• exploration of how perception can feel merged or amplified across a group
• a shared experience revealing how attention shapes collective reality

THE INVISIBLE BETWEEN

Creating collective flow

What happens when experience is no longer individual — but shared?

In sport, teams sometimes enter a state of collective flow —
where movement becomes coordinated, decisions feel instantaneous, and the group functions as one.

In nature, flocks of birds move in perfect synchrony,
creating fluid, shifting patterns known as murmurations —
as if guided by an invisible intelligence.

These phenomena point to the same question:

What allows multiple individuals to align into a shared experience?

Through collaborative hypnosis, movement and guided experiments, participants explore how attention, synchrony and suggestion can create a shared field of perception.

Rather than focusing on a single subject, the workshop invites the entire group into the experience —
where perception can shift, merge and amplify between people.
