Ways to train the switch
SWITCH can be experienced in person or remotely.
We meet during a residency in a selected city, or I travel to you for a private longevity immersion.
The first session is preferably done live — to measure, calibrate, and define your training. From there, the process continues online, with personalized guidance and ongoing refinement.
If meeting is not possible, the SWITCH Lab is sent to you, and the training begins remotely.
