Lilian Durey
Guiding you through the invisble.
The pro bio -
Lilian Durey is the founder of SWITCH — The Human Adaptability Lab.
His work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, hypnosis and human experience, exploring how attention, physiology and perception shape the way we think, feel and perform.
Over the past decade, he has worked with individuals and groups to help them better understand and influence their internal states — from recovery and stress to focus and peak performance.
Through live neuroscience, collaborative hypnosis and immersive experimentation, he creates environments where people can directly experience what is usually invisible — and begin to develop practical skills they can use in everyday life.
His approach is grounded, experiential and science-informed — bridging measurable physiology with lived experience.

My personal bio -
Values and money
Integrity, compassion, passion and connection are fundamental values in everything I do.
My most personalized programs are designed for people who have the financial resources to invest deeply in themselves and who understand the importance of the skills I teach: the ability to regulate their state, change limiting patterns and become less dependent on the programs that keep them stuck.
I created premium coaching because I want to offer a highly personalized service, with genuine attention, time and care. I also chose this model because I have never wanted to build my life around working for a large company. Being an entrepreneur allows me to work closely with a small number of clients while protecting the quality of life I value.
For me, success is not only measured by income or status. I grow my own potatoes, work with my hands and live close to nature. That is gold.
At the same time, I do not want this work to be accessible only to people with significant financial resources. I also offer more affordable programs and free workshops for those with less. By investing in your own development through my premium services, you also help make these wider and more accessible offerings possible.

Biohacking and longevity
Self-development is often presented as a constant attempt to fix what is wrong with us — as though we are never doing enough, living correctly or making the right choices.
That is not how I work.
I will not judge you for your habits or your lifestyle. I will not tell you that you need hundreds of supplements, endless protocols or a more complicated routine. Most of the time, I will help you simplify.
To me, longevity is not only a modern industry. It is a natural way of living. It is where ancient wisdom and modern science come together in harmony — not through a rigid formula, but in a way that fits your own body, your values and your life.
I work in the worlds of biohacking and longevity, but my own environment is not the city. It is nature, movement and culture.
I work the land, carve wooden art and make spoons by hand. I live simply, while also travelling to share my work and mission with people around the world.
I value luxury when it has meaning. To me, the highest form of luxury is often found in the rawest and most natural places — in beauty, space, craftsmanship, quality, freedom and a deep connection to the environment.

Science and spiritual
I have come to understand the meaning of my name as a reflection of my life’s mission: to be a bridge between science and spirituality, between what can be measured and what can only be experienced.
I have studied yoga and meditation deeply and practised them for many years. I believe that yoga, mindfulness and ritual contain something essential for human beings: ways of returning to the body, creating meaning, cultivating presence and connecting with something greater than ourselves.
At the same time, much of modern New Age culture has often felt like a game of masks to me — another identity to wear rather than a path of genuine transformation. I find it difficult to be guided by people who speak with authority but have little lived experience, discipline or depth behind what they teach.
I deeply value authentic mystics, shamans and spiritual teachers — people whose wisdom has been shaped by years of practice, service, hardship and direct experience. I am interested neither in blindly believing extraordinary claims nor in dismissing everything that science cannot yet explain.
My place is between these worlds: grounded in evidence, open to mystery, and committed to exploring both with integrity.
Movement and sports
Trained as a dancer and sports specialist, I have spent a lifetime moving and teaching others how to move.
More importantly, movement is something I genuinely love. I cannot imagine a day without it.
What makes me shine is moving alongside my clients and sharing a wide variety of experiences with them, both indoors and outdoors.
I also hold a Master’s degree in Sport and Social Sciences, with a specialization in corporate social responsibility within the sports industry. This background allows me to understand movement not only as a physical practice, but also as a powerful tool for health, connection, education and positive social impact.
